  • How do I get started training at the bullpen?

If you're interested in training with us, please contact us via our website or phone, and we'll arrange a time for your initial assessment at our facility.

  • What is involved in the initial assessment?

The initial assessment provides a thorough evaluation of all athlete aspects, including a body composition scan with Evolt360, arm strength assessment using ArmCare, a strength, power, and mobility evaluation in the weight room, and an analysis of throwing mechanics with our ultra-slow-motion camera system.

  • What ages train at The Bullpen?

We train athletes of all ages, from 10 years old to the big leagues, but our focus is on year-round in-person training for high school athletes dedicated to competing at the next level.

  • What makes The Bullpen special?

The Bullpen integrates the expertise of coaches with top-level playing experience, state-of-the-art technology, innovative coaching philosophies, and an exceptional in-person training environment to help athletes maximize their potential.

  • Do you help with college recruiting?

Yes, over our 12 years in operation, we have helped nearly 200 athletes secure college placements. We leverage a vast network of coaching contacts and recruiting resources to match each athlete with the best opportunities for them.
  • Do you offer 1-on-1 lessons?

Our training programs cover all aspects of pitching development, including nutrition, arm health, throwing, and lifting. As a result, our approach differs from traditional one-on-one training. Instead, athletes participate in training sessions under the supervision and guidance of coaches, receiving additional individualized support and attention as needed.

  • Do you train for other positions?

We have collaborated with non-pitchers to enhance their throwing skills from the outfield, infield, and behind the plate. Although we specialize in pitching, we are dedicated to helping anyone who wants to improve their throwing abilities.
