We are also led by a past professional baseball player, Zach Dials. Zach has played for the Toronto Blue Jays, Miami Marlins, Washington Nationals, and other teams. He is aided by associate trainers who are enthusiastic about bringing students to the next level. Our team works with each athlete to create a unique year-round strength and conditioning program.
Head Trainer Zach Dials played professionally for five years in the Toronto Blue Jays, Miami Marlins, and Washington Nationals organizations. He was a two-time MiLB All-Star (2006 Short A New York/Penn League and 2008 AA Eastern League) and played in the prestigious MLB-sponsored Arizona Fall League in 2008. Zach also has his USA Olympic Weightlifting Level 1 Certification, Driveline Baseball Pitch Design Certification, and is an Associate Scout for the St. Louis Cardinals.
Performance Coach John Ghyzel played college baseball at the University of Rochester, and was then drafted by the Cincinnati Reds in the 18th round of the 2017 MLB draft. He played professionally for 5 years, leading the Midwest League in saves and being named Reliever of the Year in 2018. John is a certified Performance Enhancement Specialist by the National Academy of Sports Medicine and is Driveline Pitch Design certified.
